No beef certainly doesn’t mean no flavour – treat your taste buds with this luxuriant lentil and quinoa based vegan burger, loaded with caramelised red onion and Dedos white sauce.

Greek grilled halloumi SALAD

If you like cheese you’ll love these – chunks of carefully grilled hallumi served with a fresh Dedos green salad, red and white quinoa, slices of cucumber and generously drizzled with tzatziki.
